Manual Therapy Services
These are a few services provided by our Physical Therapists

Dry Needling
Dry needling aims to relieve pain and improve muscle function by targeting myofascial trigger points—hyperirritable spots in muscles causing nodules or taut bands. It uses mechanical stimulation to induce local twitch responses, promote healing through microtrauma, trigger neurophysiological responses like pain gate control and endogenous opioid release, reduce inflammation, and normalize muscle activity via the central nervous system.

Joint Mobilizations
Joint mobilizations aim to restore or enhance joint movement restricted by injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, thereby alleviating pain, reducing stiffness, and improving joint mechanics. They enhance joint function by promoting optimal alignment, proprioception, and muscle coordination.

Functional Exercises
Therapeutic exercises aim to enhance physical function and well-being through targeted techniques. These include strength training for joint stability, ROM exercises to improve flexibility, endurance training for cardiovascular fitness, and balance exercises to enhance coordination and prevent falls.
